7月29日^th, 2021, The SBA released a notice stating it will accept Paycheck Protection Program loan forgiveness applications 直接 from borrowers—bypassing the lending institutions—for loans of $150,000或以下仅使用3508S表格.  This option is only available to those borrowers whose financial institutions ‘opt in’ to this program.  The financial institution is still required to review and approve the forgiveness applications.  As EagleBank already has an online portal for customers to submit their forgiveness applications, 我们不会 选择参加这个项目.
